The site is provided by a collaboration of market leading companies in the online and mobile space working together with EUN Partnership AISBL. Details of the companies that are members of this collaboration can be found on the site. References to "we" or "our" or "us" are, collectively, to the members of collaboration from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that each member of the collaboration is acting in its own right and nothing in these terms shall constitute such members as partners.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owners or licensees of all worldwide intellectual property rights in the site and in the content available from it. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off, and may download extracts, of any page(s) (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any lesson plans and authorised content) from the site ("content") for your personal reference and use within your school or educational organisation. You must not modify the content in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of, and rightsholders in, the content must always be clearly acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without obtaining express written permission from us to do so.

- which constitutes an advertisement, survey or contest.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which the site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the site. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
We shall be entitled to fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court or other authoritative order or any other request with which we consider it appropriate to comply requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of or locate anyone using the site.
You shall be liable for and shall fully indemnify us and our affiliated companies against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including legal expenses) incurred by us or any of our affiliated companies which arise out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, your use of or your linking to the site in breach of these terms of use.
7. LINKING TO AND FROM THE SITE
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. The site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission.
Where the site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (including individual members of our collaboration), these links are provided for your information only. We accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
